Yes. We only list products that are physically checked by our team. Our photos are taken on the actual pieces, not catalog copies. Slight shade variation is possible due to screen brightness, but design and quality remain the same.

For selected locations in Bangalore, prepaid orders are eligible for express 60-minute delivery, subject to rider availability and timing.

For most major cities in India, delivery usually takes 3–5 working days after dispatch. Tier-2 / Tier-3 locations may take a little longer depending on the courier partner.

Yes, COD is available on selected products and pin codes with a small confirmation step. For high-value or customized orders (with stitching), we may ask for partial advance payment.

We usually do not accept returns for reasons like change of mind or occasion over. However, in case of genuine issues such as damage or wrong product received, we will assist with an exchange or solution after checking unboxing proof.

For stitched / customized sarees and blouses, returns are generally not possible.

For pure silks and handloom sarees, we recommend dry cleaning only. Store in a cool, dry place, wrapped in a breathable fabric (like cotton), and avoid direct sunlight for long periods.
